About the Role

Estia Health is seeking an experienced Aged Care Director to lead our team of professionals in Albury. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats all residents with compassion and dignity
  • Continuously monitor clinical care processes to ensure safe practices and implement improvements, minimise risks, and prevent injuries for all stakeholders
  • Maintain Clinical Governance to ensure accreditation is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standards
  • Ensure medication management and infection prevention control principles are maintained and are in line with current best practice guidelines, Estia Health policy, and legislative frameworks
  • Ensure rights and responsibilities of residents are provided and concerns raised by residents or family members are addressed in a timely and coherent manner
Requirements
  • An experienced leader with a proven ability to drive change and improvement in an environment of ambiguity
  • Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and record of driving change and compliance
  • Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to prioritise workloads

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
