About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Counter Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales and orders, and prepare customer quotes
- Maintain the branch warehouse, including picking, packing, and consigning orders, unloading, unpacking, and wrapping stock
- Deliver customer orders around the local area
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team
Requirements
- Open Driver's license and ideally a forklift license
- Intermediate computing skills
- No prior plumbing industry experience required, but some retail experience would be beneficial
- A team player with a hard-working, humble, and results-driven attitude
