About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Jay Jays. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Jay Jays by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to maximize sales and promote products
• Minimize stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

• Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an exceptional customer experience
• Value integrity and do things the right way
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Awareness of loss prevention, health and safety, and visual merchandising is an advantage
