Develop Customer Partnerships

You will foster key relationships with major customers and identify new business opportunities. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing profitable tenders and meeting volume targets.

A strong understanding of the construction industry is essential for this role. You should be familiar with InfraBuild's offerings and have experience in an account management sales role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Understanding the business strategy and product pricing
  • Building stakeholder strategies and relationship plans
  • Maintaining key relationships with major customers and seeking new ones
  • Preparing journey and acceleration plans
  • Project identification and budget forecasting
  • Bid development and negotiation
  • Managing a target plan of customers and projects
  • Final sign-off and project handover

Strong communication skills are required to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. Experience with CRM and MS Office suite is also beneficial.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
  • Experience in an account management sales role
  • Customer-facing experience with T1, T2, Residential, Precast, and resellers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and MS Office suite
  • Understanding of construction industry is beneficial
  • Experience in engineering or construction industry is preferable
  • Strong business acumen and reporting skills
