As a relationship management professional, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective connections with customers to enhance service delivery.

Main responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING AND SUSTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Enhancing our capacity to identify customer trends and address barriers to successful partnerships.
  • Managing the customer feedback cycle to determine satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinating events and maintaining CRM systems.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
  • Experience working in real estate, construction/residential building, or development industry.
  • Customer focus and experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and experience working with complex information.
