In this role, you will:

  • Implement strategic people initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
  • Partner with leaders for effective delivery of people strategies, aligning performance, capability, engagement, and talent initiatives.
  • Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline.
  • Develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide actionable insights to leaders on trends in People data and offer support and coaching to act on this information.

What do we look for in a candidate?

  • A resilient and relationship-driven C&P Business Partner with demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing organisational change programs.
  • A strong relationship management background, including working with trade unions.
  • Comfort in working autonomously and through ambiguity.
