
Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide efficient administrative support. Key responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, recommending improvements, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain high-quality records to ensure timely and accurate data entry
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues in a professional manner
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
- Assist with the submission of warranty claims and process purchase orders
- Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate employee inductions
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage employee leave
- Order supplies and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills
- Experience with SAP and Dynamics
- Proven customer service experience
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
