Sewerage System Maintenance Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and monitor sewerage system maintenance techniques, delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water recycling processes, as well as the ability to lead investigations into operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and support field resources in maintaining high-quality services.
  • Lead investigations into repeat customer and operational issues, prioritizing cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage resources to minimize service disruption and pollution resulting from asset failure or service loss.
  • Utilize systems to monitor asset and resource performance during severe weather incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in coaching and supporting teams with a focus on preventing & managing pollution events.
  • Ability to lead when analyzing and/or supporting on pollution events.
  • Strong understanding of Water or Water recycling processes.
  • Fully qualified UK driver with flexible work approach.
  • Occupational health checks will be required for this role.
