- Develop functional specifications and support system design and testing, working closely with IT teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.
- Support regulatory compliance and reporting initiatives, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.

- Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
