Key Role: Financial Strategist

 

The primary objective of this position is to provide high-quality financial insights and drive business growth through effective planning, analysis, and execution.

 

This role involves delivering timely and accurate financial reports, owning the budgeting process, and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

 

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Accountant or equivalent qualification
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or business partnering
  • Professional services experience preferred
  • Strong technical skills in reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
