**The Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing ad hoc and contract onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across various locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of IT issues.
  • Collaborate with our project team to deploy solutions and implement new technologies.
  • Install and configure servers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our services and deliver exceptional results.
  • Work closely with our account management team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Participate in technical presales activities, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of our technical infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
