Job Title: Spare Parts Team Member

This is a great opportunity to join our team as a Spare Parts Team Member.

About the Role:

We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled individual to fill this role. As a Spare Parts Team Member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs.

  • Promoting and selling products and/or services to meet customer needs
  • Interpreting and placing Machine Down and Stock Orders
  • Invoicing parts to customers - internal & external
  • Assisting with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
  • Assisting with keeping parts department clean and safe
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in a similar role would be desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
