Automotive Spare Parts Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the Automotive Spare Parts Industry. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both our Warehouse and Sales Operation.

You will be trained in all aspects of front-end sales, including counter sales, phones, and online quotations/orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for area management, working closely with our experienced team members to ensure seamless customer service.

The initial training period is expected to take 8-10 weeks, during which you will receive regular mentoring and coaching to help you develop your skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to their needs
  • Process orders and manage inventory effectively
  • Develop strong communication skills through regular interactions with colleagues and customers
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team

Requirements:

  • Permanent residence or citizenship in Australia

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
