- Developing individualised treatment plans;
- Assessing patient needs and developing strategies to address them;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on patient progress.
We are seeking a qualified professional who possesses:
- A degree in social work or a related field;
- Knowledge, skills and clinical experience in social work practice;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
