About Us

Dentsu, a global media and digital marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Senior Client Executive to join our Sydney team. As a key member of our iProspect account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, campaign execution, and strategic planning across various industries.

Job Description:

This role involves establishing strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, buying media, reporting results, and providing insights to support the Client Manager in media planning and strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, agency partners, and media owners.
  • Set up, buy, and report on campaigns, delivering actionable insights and supporting the Client Manager with media planning and strategy.
  • Support the Client Associate's development and upskilling.
  • Collaborate with clients on broader requests and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate intermediate-level media math skills and apply industry terminology and tools to assist in campaign analysis and client engagements.
  • Provide guidance on campaign analysis, client relationships, presentations, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar communication planning and client service role within a medium to large media/advertising agency.
  • High attention to detail and natural curiosity.
  • Proactive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective time management and project management skills.
  • Naturally collaborative and enjoys working as part of a team.
  • Mid-level experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Passion for the advertising and media industry, self-motivated to stay up-to-date with industry developments, practices, and tools.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
