About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide evidence-based physiotherapy services in the community.

  • You will conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised programs for aged care clients, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
  • Your work will help older individuals maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home safely.
About You

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy with current registration
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop tailored programs for aged care clients
  • Post graduate experience working with diverse aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • A comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications
  • Alignment with values of compassion, respect, and excellence
  • Current first aid certification or willingness to obtain
  • An unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
