We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team at Bupa Aged Care in Tamworth. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
  • Passion and energy for delivering world-class care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
