Senior Brand Manager

This is a career-defining opportunity to lead end-to-end brand building for one of the most exciting health & wellness brands globally, including our flagship product, Oxy Shred Energy.
Responsibilities: Own brand strategy and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, retail, and media to grow our FMCG beverage portfolio.
Lead creative campaign development, collaborating with agencies and internal teams to deliver innovative, insight-driven activations.
Manage end-to-end NPD launches, from strategic input to go-to-market execution and post-launch analysis.
Drive digital & social media presence across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and more—ensuring the brand voice is bold, fun, and authentic.
Develop influencer, PR, and partnership strategies that boost awareness, credibility, and community engagement.
Translate market and consumer insights into actionable strategies that differentiate our products in a fast-paced category.
Coach and lead a high-performing team, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives.
Track performance metrics and present regular reports on campaign effectiveness, brand health, and market share to senior leadership.
About you:8+ years in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or health & wellness Proven success in delivering creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive real results Strong experience in social media marketing, influencer programs, and digital-first branding Leadership skills to inspire teams and cross-functional partners Commercial acumen to align marketing with business goals and drive revenue growth Experience with ATL, BTL, and shopper marketing tactics Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field About EHPlabs: At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of 'we rise by lifting others'.
