Job Title: Operations Administrator

About the Role:

Centurion is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our Adelaide team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our logistics business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
  • Process freight movements in the General Freight Portal Systems with accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct spot checks and audits on jobs to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up on non-pricing reports, identify root causes, and rectify to ensure accurate processing
  • Provide administrative and customer service assistance as required
  • Data entry of con notes, PODs, and information as needed
  • Manage pickups, deliveries, allocated jobs, and ensure they are processed and recorded in relevant systems

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will interact with various stakeholders
  • Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations
