This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team in delivering high-quality telephone-based care to elderly Australians.
As a specialist in care delivery, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional client care through telephone-based interactions
- Developing and implementing personalized care plans in consultation with clients and healthcare professionals
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of care services across various levels
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate smooth on-boarding processes
Key skills and qualifications required include:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in aged care with knowledge of Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program
- Strong computer skills in CRM systems and database management
- The right to work in Australia and national police clearance or willingness to obtain
