We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to provide high-quality therapy services in Adelaide.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify goals and areas of need for clients and their families.
- Deliver informative support, education, and guidance to clients and families.
- Develop practical, routine-based objectives with clients and families.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and resources.
- Monitor progress and set new priorities in collaboration with clients and families.
- Encourage participation in community activities.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication and support.
- Promote continuous improvement through regular evaluation and review.
- Key Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Psychology with current registration with the relevant professional body.
- Demonstrate passion for delivering engaging and meaningful therapy experiences for families.
- Show ability to provide counseling and knowledge of therapeutic interventions to children, young people, and parents.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and mental health assessments is desirable.
- Educate yourself on necessary checks and certifications, including professional registration, Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, Covid-19 vaccination certificate or exemption, First Aid Training, and possession of a Driver's License and Vehicle.
