We are seeking a dedicated professional to own the success of our customers. This key role involves ensuring seamless onboarding, project delivery, adoption, and renewal.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication and management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects and provide customer solutions. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

This position offers a vital part in our success, inclusive working culture, hybrid working practices, and great opportunities for progression. Key responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication and management of project stakeholders
  • Project management of non-standard solution projects
  • Provision of customer solutions by the Facilities Team or external contractors

Key Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with proven project coordination skills, highly developed communication skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A degree in IT/Business or similar is desirable, as is experience in service delivery and project coordination, customer-facing relationship management, and data centre experience.
