Job Title: Data Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced data support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level customer support to members, industry bodies, and vendors/providers.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
  • Aggregate data from partner contributors, transform it, and provide access to the Australian National Bibliographic Database and Trove.
  • Support services including Trove, Australian National Bibliographic Database, National E-deposit (NED), and Interlibrary Loans Document delivery.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data management and customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
