About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our team.

The role will be responsible for providing technical support in relation to the delivery of our Athlete Management System (AMS).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing methods aimed at improving data quality and analysis.
  • Assisting in projects related to AMS implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to develop and evaluate data capture and analysis methods.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as information technology or business administration.
  • Experience working with high-performance sports management systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of Smartabase and AMS administration structure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
