Transformation Manager Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to drive transformative change in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end test planning and execution for our groundbreaking transformation programme.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful testing outcomes and project success.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive End-to-End Test Strategy, securing sign-off to align on scope and breadth across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and secure sign-off for End-to-End UAT Plans and Completion Reports, confirming business approval that the solution works as expected.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams on cohesive UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and reporting.
  • Facilitate the timely securing of all required testing resources, including people and environments.
  • Ensure test scenarios, expected results, and test data are prepared, reviewed, and signed off, capturing test case priority and impact before execution.
  • Lead defect management processes, including daily execution meetings, status reports, and defect triage, ensuring clear communication with development teams.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, using your strategic leadership skills to drive transformative change.
