  • Leading defect management processes, including daily meetings, status reports, and defect triage, ensuring clear communication with development teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Highly pragmatic and flexible, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, crucial for delivering testing outcomes in complex environments.
  • Significant experience managing the full testing lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong background in functional, integration, and end-to-end testing within large-scale environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based migrations and practical experience in hybrid agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, test leadership, and stakeholder management skills, combined with a self-starting approach and creative thinking.
