Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for shaping the educational environment and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children.

  • Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children;
  • Fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children;
  • Collaborating with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to design and deliver engaging programs;
  • Maintaining effective relationships with families through regular communication and active participation;

You will receive above award rates of pay, including a 10% worker retention bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive community.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Early Childhood Educator;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement high-quality educational programs;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
