In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team providing scheme advisory services for licence program provider enquiries and issues; coordinating complex regulatory advice; and driving continuous improvement by identifying issues and pain points within our Licence programs.

This role will see you responsible for liaising with providers (who are responsible for the training programs) around coordinating design, delivery, assessment, and facilitating driver and rider licence training programs that support road users and vehicle operators to ensure they meet Transports safety standards, in a high volume, constantly changing environment.

About you

Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills formed while working in a government agency and your understanding of regulatory programs will see you apply strong problem solving and customer service approach to licence program providers and customers. You're recognised as someone who is enthusiastic, able to utilise your research skills and "ability to think outside the box" to improve and enhance the content and delivery of the licence programs managed by the unit. Your research & problem-solving skills, and your proactive mindset will assist in ensuring that the team meet not only their regulatory goals but ensure continuous process improvement and efficient service to their customers.
