Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the bridge between advanced AI technology and practical journalism
  • Design, test, and refine prompts for AI models
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to build efficient tools
  • Develop and fine-tune sophisticated prompts for AI models
  • Partner with journalists and editorial teams to understand workflow requirements
  • Define and document excellence benchmarks for AI outputs
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of prompt patterns and strategies

Requirements:

  • Genuine passion for journalism and understanding of modern newsroom operations
  • Demonstrated elementary coding experience, preferably Python, natural language processing (NLP) and prompt engineering using different models
  • Strong grasp of language semantics and syntax, coupled with an experimental mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with both journalists and technical teams
