Cloud Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Leader to spearhead our cloud strategy and shape the future of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your expertise in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps to drive strategic decision-making and technical leadership.
  • Develop and implement cloud strategies and roadmaps that balance security, resilience, and cost-effectiveness with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, automation, incident response, and recovery planning of our infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive technical depth and business value.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and shared success within the team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by embedding best practices in cloud security, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps/SRE.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
  • Deep technical expertise across AWS, IaC, networking, cloud security, scalability, and resilience planning.
  • Proven success as a people leader, investing in your team, resolving conflicts constructively, and inspiring growth.
  • Strong understanding of inter-team relations in complex organizations.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to define global strategies and roadmaps balancing risk, resilience, and return on investment.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills translating technical insights into business value.
