Senior Audio Visual Project Lead

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex audio visual integration projects, preferably with a technical background in AV equipment installation.
  • As a senior project lead, you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Providing expert guidance on audio and video solutions to ensure best-in-class installations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in audio visual, video conferencing, and unified communications solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of LED video walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, racking, and AV construction processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
About You
  • Hold a qualification in AVIXA, CTS, or a project management certification such as PMP or Agile.
