Audio Visual Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, stakeholder communication plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and ensure top-tier client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 -5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Audio-Visual solutions.
  • Knowledge of LED Video Walls, Microsoft Teams rooms, DSP, Racking and knowledge of AV construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Take ownership of AV projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  2. Provide technical expertise in Audio & Video solutions, ensuring best-in-class installations.
  3. Monitor project profitability, margins, and resource utilisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.
  • Deliver on Project Mgmt. fundamentals of Time, Cost, and Quality.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Ensuring successful delivery of AV projects from inception to completion.
