The Australian Chamber Orchestra is seeking a Digital Platforms & Content Manager to bring excellence, creativity, innovation and boldness to life online.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content that showcases the orchestra's brand, driving engagement with new and current audiences.
Paid Media Strategy:

Develop and deliver a paid media strategy optimized for channel growth, brand amplification and revenue generation.

  • Drive strategic content distribution initiatives to engage new and existing audiences.
Channel Management:

Manage social media channels, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative and distinctive tone of voice.

  • Lead evergreen and campaign content for social channels, email and website.
Requirements:

We're looking for a creative storyteller with strong background in creating compelling, platform-optimised editorial and video content.

  • A passion for outstanding copywriting with attention to detail.
  • Five+ years' experience managing and moderating social media channels.
  • Demonstrated success in running paid digital campaigns that hit commercial targets and engage new audiences.
  • Proven track record in driving growth and engagement across digital channels.
  • An in-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and up-to-date digital trends.
  • A supportive team player with affinity for collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from data and prepare reports.
  • A love of music.
