Business Manager, Disability Employment Services

**The role**
You'll be empowering and motivating a team of DES consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability. Your teams' success is what drives you, so regular training and mentoring will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with job seekers to provide tailored disability employment services.

Your business mindset is essential in reading and interpreting data, forming local business relationships and planning for future success. Your resilience and problem-solving skills will support you in solving complex issues as they arise.
