Disability Employment Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to expand our open employment services by fostering strategic partnerships, enhancing community engagement and delivering impactful training that unlocks meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of daily operations and collaboration with individuals with disabilities to achieve employment objectives.
- Guidance and inspiration of a dedicated team to create inclusive workplaces and drive positive change.
- Establishment of relationships with employers, strengthening community ties and delivery of training that promotes employment opportunities.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or proven experience in the disability sector is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse groups are required.
- Experience in working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans is advantageous.
- Proven staff supervision and site management experience is necessary.
- A high level of computer literacy is required.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are essential.
- NDIS New Worker Screening and completion of The NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality, Safety & You (or willingness to obtain) are prerequisites.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before commencing) is mandatory.
