About the Role:

Customer Development Managers (CDMs) play a pivotal role in building successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. With a strong sales focus, they proactively find solutions to customer problems and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging communicator with sound negotiating skills, able to foster and drive a culture of safety by prioritizing safety above all else. They will also possess a track record in account management or business development, thrive in a KPI-driven environment, and have experience using CRM systems.

  • Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
  • Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
  • Achieve sales budgets
  • Developing new business (business development and account management)
