HVAC BIM Lead Job Opportunity

About the Position:

The ideal candidate for this HVAC BIM Lead role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BIM models across various major projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage HVAC BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and clash-free delivery.
  • Implement and uphold BIM standards and workflows across projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to engineers, drafters, and project teams on BIM-related processes.
  • Review, update, and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services (HVAC) sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
