Job Title: BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Design Technology department, you will be responsible for supporting project teams in the application of Building Information Modelling (BIM) on projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Autodesk Revit or other relevant BIM authoring packages, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Additionally, experience with model federation and coordination is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support project teams in the application of BIM on projects
  • Promote the use of appropriate tools and workflows
  • Contribute to the wider BIM capabilities of the company
  • Perform initial project setup and ensure all project BIM work complies with relevant standards
Requirements:
  • Advanced proven knowledge of Autodesk Revit or other relevant BIM authoring packages
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with model federation and coordination
  • Revit exam-based certification is beneficial
