We are seeking a visionary leader to support and guide our dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for a natural-born leader who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

About the Role
  • Support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre.
  • Guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.
  • Actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong ability to live and breathe our organisational values. The successful candidate will be able to build genuine and positive relationships with our team, the children and their families, making every day full of rewarding memories and meaningful connections.
