Susquehanna's operations team is responsible for managing the infrastructure that enables millions of trades to move forward with speed and accuracy. Our Operations Analysts play a crucial role in aggregating and analyzing trading data to inform future decisions.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to rotate across various trading desks and business areas, gaining hands-on experience and developing company-specific knowledge. Classroom training sessions will also be provided to enhance your technical skills and process optimization abilities.

We seek individuals with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our Operations Analysts come from diverse backgrounds, including finance, technology, and programming. All share a curiosity and desire to grow and make an impact on Susquehanna's business.

Key Requirements

  • Students in their penultimate year of a bachelor's or master's degree
  • Strong interest in math, technology, and the financial industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Access
  • Experience with VBA or SQL preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
