About Our Internship

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team in Sydney's CBD. As a People & Impact Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our key areas of Recruitment Support, Candidate Engagement, Onboarding Assistance, and HR Administration & Engagement.

Job Description

You will assist the team with:

  • Reviewing and uploading CVs, maintaining the CRM, and sourcing candidates in the Data & Analytics space.
  • Speaking with prospective candidates, understanding their skills and career goals, and helping organize interviews.
  • Pulling together onboarding documents and welcome materials to ensure smooth new hire inductions.
  • Maintaining employee records, assisting in HR reporting, and supporting internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for final-year students looking to gain real-world experience in HR and recruitment, engage with a vibrant start-up culture, and make a direct impact on our growing team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Confidence, strong communication skills, drive, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Word and Excel (formulas/macros a plus).
  • A tenacious, eager-to-learn, and adaptable personality.
Internship Details

This internship is available for 3 months, with potential for long-term/permanent employment. You will work 2 days per week, from 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, in Sydney's CBD. This is an unpaid internship, although some expenses may be covered as needed.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
