Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished HSEQ Specialist to join our team in driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance across our operations. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while enjoying flexibility.

  • Develop and disseminate HSEQ information, including safety alerts and toolbox topics.
  • Design and deliver HSEQ training programs aimed at fostering a safe work culture and increasing awareness of critical risks.
  • Maintain a training matrix and conducting Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) and training plans to ensure all workers are competent in performing their tasks effectively and safely.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety and demonstrated experience in similar HSEQ roles, preferably within the resources industry.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety is essential, with higher qualifications in HSEQ or related fields being highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in similar HSEQ roles, preferably within the resources industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices across various jurisdictions, including Western Australia
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A high level of initiative combined with strong decision-making abilities and a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
