Optical Dispenser Job Opportunity

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our Optometry Practice in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work on a 9-day fortnight with regular RDOs and enjoy a competitive salary based on experience.
  • This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in patient pre-screening, contact lens fitting & I&R training, paediatric dispensing & frame styling, reception & admin duties, and learning about clinical cases like keratoconus, corneal grafts & more.
About You:
  • You must be a qualified Optical Dispenser or have extensive experience in dispensing.
  • A people-first attitude – friendly, compassionate and a great communicator – is essential for this role.
  • You should be quick on your feet, detail-oriented and happy to help out wherever needed.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and being part of a supportive, high-performing team is highly valued.
