Our New Chatswood store is seeking passionate individuals to make a positive impact in the beauty industry.

We are looking for highly motivated and dedicated team members to join our dynamic team as Retail Sales Assistants, 2ICs, and Store Managers.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong knowledge of the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver excellent customer service by making every customer feel welcome and valued.

- Maintain strong knowledge of products and promotions to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.

- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships, drive sales, and achieve individual sales targets.

- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management to ensure a clean, organized and well-stocked store.

- Lead the team to achieve sales targets by providing the highest level of customer care.

- Assist the store manager to recruit and train new staff.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
