Senior Contract Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the contract lifecycle management for EPC, O&M, and D&C agreements in the renewable energy sector.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with Australian laws and company policies.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of contracts professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with finance and project management teams to monitor budgets and financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management within construction or renewable energy.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with solar and battery storage projects highly desirable.
