About the Job

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and administer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • CRM Implementation: Assist with maintenance and implementation of CRM platform to record and monitor contractual activities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract finalization.
  • Trade Show Coordination: Coordinate trade shows and related events, ensuring smooth flow of information and timely follow-up.
  • Liaison Services: Act as liaison between commercial and technical teams to facilitate smooth flow of contractual information.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly business reports to support operational decision-making.
