Job Opportunity

The Chief Assurance Officer will lead a high-performing team in driving innovation and scaling assurance activities across Technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of assurance professionals in driving innovation and scaling assurance activities.
  • Leverage advanced approaches such as AI and data analytics to develop creative and effective assurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with other functions to drive remediation efforts and address control issues.
Key Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in technology risk management, control frameworks, and assurance methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading assurance, audit, or risk management teams within a Technology environment.
  • Success in innovating assurance approaches, leveraging tools like AI and data analytics.

This is a leadership role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and align on complex control issues. The successful candidate will be working at the heart of our Technology Division, collaborating with risk professionals and senior stakeholders to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of our Technology Assurance processes.
