We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across reception, reservations, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of 12 staff members, fostering a positive and guest-focused culture
  • Ensure smooth operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest inquiries
  • Be present in the lobby and front-of-house areas, visible, approachable, and ready to support guests and team members
  • Train, coach, and develop your team to ensure high standards of service and professionalism
  • Manage front office KPIs, such as guest satisfaction, upsell targets, and check-in/check-out times
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service, streamline processes, or support the wider hotel operation
Requirements:
  • Several years of front office experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Able to lead a team and create a motivating, respectful work environment
  • Natural problem solver, calm, clear-thinking, and solution-focused
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, enjoying connecting with both guests and team members
  • Good grasp of front office systems (PMS knowledge is a plus) and hotel operations
  • Flexible, adaptable, and happy to work a mix of shifts, including weekends and holidays
