About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at Monks Associates Inc. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to our clients in the implementation of marketing and e-commerce projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data strategies for clients to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and oversee the tagging and analytics framework for clients
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to clients
  • Develop and deliver complex measurement projects and ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of client-facing experience with Google Analytics
  • Deep knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other parts of the Google Marketing Platform
  • Experience managing strategic projects and/or clients
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and a critical thinker with attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience implementing and utilizing data from digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Optimize 360, etc.
  • Experience with BI/Data analysis tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with cloud data (GCP / Big Query, AWS, etc) and how to leverage it
