We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver engaging and practical training sessions across Microsoft 365 tools. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and the Microsoft 365 suite, as well as experience delivering software or systems training in corporate or educational settings.

About This Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident communicator, skilled facilitator, and natural problem-solver to share their passion for helping others learn and grow with Microsoft tools.

  • Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps to suit a range of audiences, from beginners to advanced users.
  • Support staff with practical queries and troubleshoot common usage issues.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft app updates and new feature releases.

You will be passionate about the power of Microsoft tools in transforming workplace productivity and have excellent facilitation and communication skills (online and in-person).

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience delivering software or systems training in corporate or educational settings.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms.
  • Experience designing or adapting training resources and guides.
